- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium size sauce pan. Bring to glaze to boil for a couple of minutes, and then set aside.
That’s it, brush it on your choice of meat and enjoy! (I prefer it on salmon)
