Maple Mustard Glaze


  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • Whisk all ingredients together in a medium size sauce pan.¬† Bring to glaze to boil for a couple of minutes, and then set aside.

That’s it, brush it on your choice of meat and enjoy! (I prefer it on salmon)
